It's a great house, not too cluttered, etc. But I have some constructive criticism for you. The first thing I noticed was that there are no fireplaces in the house. Not that they're essential, but would add a nice touch. Secondly, it's probably a good idea to put the armory/display room into a cell of it's own, since it would drag the fps down once you accumulate some nice, shiny trophies and gear in there. Same thing with the mannequins in the entry room downstairs. Kind of unnecessary. I personally used 'disable' on them and replaced them with some furniture from a furniture mod. But I like the general layout of the house, it has everything you'd expect from a home and it doesn't add too much unnecessary clutter. Endorsed, btw.
Hey, just downloaded and took a quick tour of your house. It's quite pleasing on the eyes. Everything is very organized and I like how you've laid out the items to give the player an idea of what certain spaces are for. I couldn't imagine filling up the room on the main floor with all the neat weapons you can find. I bet it'll look fantastic. I'm glad to see that you've both allocated static clutter and areas for the player to add their own personal touch. My FPS was great all throughout the house too which is always a pleasure. The layout is a little too identical to one of the shops in the game (I can't remember which one). I think that's because I only took a tour and haven't made it feel like my own home yet. All in all, great work. Lots of room, plenty of storage, clean, and lore/theme-friendly. Thanks for sharing your work.
I like adding houses to the IC because 1) it's centrally located [yes, I fast travel and I'm not sorry] and 2) it's allegedly THE CAPITAL OF A CONTINENT-SPANNING EMPIRE and really needs to be much bigger and more populated than it is. ^_^ Downloading.
