Is there a way I can set this in the ini to operate like Skyrim's encumbrance?  This is the only mod I've found that comes even close to that.  All I really want is to slow down, but not stop.  I know, it's not realistic.  But I like it better than the hard limit that freezes me in place.  At least I can make it out of a cave that way.

This mod doesn't work. I install it and nothing changes.

Edit: I was loading OBSE wrong. This mod is amazing!

I had two major problems with this mod. It always makes me over encumbered. If I completely empty my inventory, it still thinks I am carrying 125 weight.

Also, if I use up a lot of fatigue in a battle, if flips into a state where my fatigue stays at zero. Taking a massive restore fatigue potion allows me to stand up for a few seconds, then I collapse and keep collapsing. Saving and loading corrects the problem but if it happens during a fight, it is impossible to do anything.

For me, I think the mod more or less works as intended, but it's difficult to read. In my testing, I had Maskar's Basic Primary Needs running, and my natural carry capacity of 170 was reduced to 165 because I was slightly hungry. When checking my inventory, I'd see a factor of XX/165, until my inventory weight approached 165. Then, the numbers seemed to lock at 163/165. Soon after, I got the normal Oblivion over-encumbered notice, but I could still move at a reduced speed. I kept picking things up but could still move. (I didn't detect a difference between being 10 pounds over or 40 pounds over.)

The problem was that--because of the odd weight-to-encumbrance display--I couldn't see how much weight I needed to drop to get back to normal speed. I had to look for:

    1. The first number to drop below 163, or
    2. The Oblivion message that I was no longer over-encumbered

It would be helpful to see the true numbers. If I'm at 191/165, show that, so I know what to do.

Ran into a bug where my encumbrance keeps going up, even with an empty inventory. When I realized it was happening my empty-inventory weight was 90, now it's up to 122. Uninstalling doesn't fix the problem without going through a big song and dance (described here: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/795446-encumbrance-glitch/).

I love this mod; any chance of getting this bug addressed? :-)
