I have not tried out the mod yet, but just wanted to comment on the pictures to say it looks very much like the original feel of an Oblivion house. Thank you .
I like both of your mods and have endorsed this one, for the fact that they look nice with no effect whatsoever on FPS. There are many beautiful houses for this game, but they are overcrowded with lighting, furniture, animated objects, high poly meshes and high resolution textures...and if you add nice High Res armor to your character and companions, you can't even walk around the house, regardless of weather or not your system is high end. However, you need to make these companion friendly, since, at least in my case companions can't find the exit on their own and just keep banging themselves against the wall. Also, I have found one of the Surile brothers and some hunter hanging out and chatting in my balcony. One nice and funny thing is, I have crowded roads installed so every time I come home I have to fight to get there. Lol.Thanks for the house.
Given that there are literally over a thousand houses available for the game, you may want to consider making a list for your description that explains how yours differs from the rest. Since most of us don't want to download, install, and grant ourselves the money to check out every new property. Just a thought.
