Nicely done. It's a shame the author isn't still around.
Miscellaneous notes for other users:
The exterior is unchanged. The basement is unchanged. That *might* make it compatible with mods that only change the basement. It's true that the All Natural version (and possibly the non AN version) has a rather simplistically done copy of the entire city of Anvil outside the windows. Didn't cause any performance issues for me but people running with weaker machines might encounter issues, but only if the city of Anvil already give you problems.
My only complaint is that I would have preferred the office be converted into a 2nd bedroom. I'm thinking of deleting one of the furniture pieces in the bedroom to add a 2nd bed.
Performance inside the house is pretty bad because it loads a duplicate of Anvil outside, but I don't use the clear windows.
So this "feature" is just taking my FPS away for nothing, I think I can fix it via loading the mod in Tes Edit as the Master file, but I simply cannot find the cell I can only find the original house. Any pointers?
EDIT: I found it, I just deleted 90% of the buildings and stuff out side, what I'd recommend you do in the future would be to delete all the little things that are clearly out of the player's possible FOV, like I found a farm with plants behind a large building. No way the player could ever see it from any of the windows.
I tried to add this but it doesn't work for me for some reason. I saved outside, went into the house and it looks the same as before. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I used mod manager and have GOTY edition.
On the bright side, I fixed the problem (didn't know about load order), on the down side, I tried loading a different Benirius mod to compare and deleted the inside of the house.
It's good to see that great modders such as yourself are still releasing content for oblivion. I'm downloading this now, and I'm excited to have a look around. (especially in the secret area)

The midnight surprise was nice.
I am going to be using this mod and Better Benirus Manor together, is the bsa from this mod needed or just your compatible esp?
Thanks in advance. =)
