Thanks CaptainJ03, Glad you like but with better disposition and merchantile, you can get slightly better prices, you can also invest in her shop once your merchantile is high enough to, she can have up to 1800 gold with 100 merchantile.
Hi Jessica, another nice mod - thank you! As a location I'd have preferred s/th closer to the other waterfront-houses, not at the cemetary, but I believe that this is a safer place, concerning other mods. The insinde ist nice as always: a typical tavern, but with bed and dresser for Mico. The lighting is neither too bright nor too dark. I personally do hate those expert-merchants, but of course she has to be an expert, if she wants to survive in that part of town.
