Hackdirt was definitely too clean to be a tamrielic Innsmouth, so I made it dirtier. And a bit creepier, I guess. I planned to release it for Halloween, but of course I'm late >_ Anyway, enjoy!
This mod requires Shivering Isles to work properly. If will also conflict with everything which alters Hackdirt area, Moslin's Inn or Moslin's Dry Goods. No new quests here, only new, more atmospheric look.
