    Hello,

I've read the description but don't quit understand.

Does it do fixes to the ruins or overhauls them completely?

I don't want it to change too much cause I want to experience part of the base game quests as well

This mod does both. The original Ruins of Miscarcand mod completely overhauled the area around Miscarcand and turned it into a magical oasis of sorts. The RoM Updated mod fixes a few bugs from the original release, leading to a more enjoyable overhauled experience.

You should also check out the RoM Redux mod I released: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49845
This fixes some critical AI issues for the area, as well as making it easier to enter and exit the modded area. The hills are quite steep in places.

    Hello,
here there is a guy asking for a patch for this mod with Ayleid steps. Do you know if there is an actual conflict... or not? https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47142?tab=posts

Does this mod not modify pathgrids in the area or am I doing something wrong?

Can this mod be used alongside Unique Landscapes? I didn't see a patch for it but just want to be sure

Yes, it changes a region that's not edited by any of Unique Landscapes, as far as I know.

Yeah, it's compatible. It edits the region juuust to the west of River Ethe, but no patches are necessary.

    Hi Walker,

I found this on the KDQ (Kragenir's Death Quest https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/26219) page, is this relevant with the most recent versions?: 'There's a small conflict with Ruins of Miscarcand; one of the Seven Sleepers is buried under the ground near Ra'Sava Camp, so you'll need to use TCL to reach it. Its placement, unfortunately, makes a simple land edit unfeasible.'

    Thank you.

Actually, it wasn't that hard - I lowered the ground enough to make the top part of the glowing sigils visible. It's still hard to find, because it's hidden behind that bush, but it you *can* find it.

Oh, and this is 1.7. :)

Ah, good, very good, thanks for this! So now we know that there won't be any issues with KDQ.

V1.6 is up. I removed several vanilla objects that somehow got missed before.

This mod is beautiful, but it desperately needs manual Path Grid edition. All Path Grid points in this area are floating in the air, so NPCs can't find their way - they're trying to run in the air, falling and getting large damage. I've been there with NPC companions and it was terrible. Hope this problem will be fixed.
