   if you go to hawkhaven via testing hall there is a merchant that has 65000 just type

   i have other mods i'm using that have merchants with 50000 but i suppose i could do an update to this mod and just put a merchant in
   
   update: added a merchant with $50,000 to the merchants inn im the IC

   Most only have about 1200 (Palonirya in Divine Elegance) gold. When you get to master(?) all the shops get an extra 500 gold. I think you might be able to get the full 15,000 gold if you sell it to the blacksmith/merchant in Hawkhaven, but I'd think that might be a little immersion breaking having to open the console to go there.

   Do any vanilla NPCs even have 15,000 gold?
