This mod simply adds a horse named Regal Snowbird and a note to the prison sewers exit. The reason the horse is there is explained in the note, the Emperor was going to ride to safety once they were out of the sewers, but he died before they could.
The horse is player owned and is essential, but not much faster then a paint. If you want to change his name, use the console command setactorfullname "fill in the blank" with fill in the blank being the name you want.
Since I am unable to provide pictures, feel free to upload images. But just in case, the horse added is white with the mane and tail of a chestnut.
This should not conflict with anything, unless there is a mod that does a total overhaul of the area.
PS-I used only vanilla resources to make this, and it is my first successful mod. And, I can't take screenshots.
