Dazzling Sun mimics the effect of temporal glare experienced when looking towards the sun.
It does this by using a high-contrast colour image to add colour fringes to the sky-glow.

Version 1.1
Fixed bit-depth to bring the file sizes down (now 2.66M)
Dazzling Sun mimics the effect of temporal glare, adding an extra layer of realism to the game. Temporal glare can be seen when squinting and looking at a bright light source, or in the case of the sun, almost any time it is in the field of view. The effect can be seen as bright spikes of light radiating from the light-source, often with noticeable colour fringes due to interference effects. This mod mimics temporal glare by adding a high-contrast colour image to the sky-glow. As the sun passes through the sky, the colour fringe effect can be seen as the 'shards of light' pass infront of near objects (e.g. trees).
There are two versions of the sunglare.dds file included. - Clear: use this version for a sharper photo-realistic sunglare. - Super: Use this version for a more dramatic brighter skyglow.
Mod works best in conjunction with the OBGE colour effects (HLSL and SSAO), and complements Godrays well. Dazzling Sun only replaces the sunglare.dds file, and as far as I know will only conflict with other sun mods that replace this.
