Oh wow! For people like me who like to write short stories and things from time to time, this is a blessing. I've toyed around with the idea of maybe making some mods for one or two of my Bethesda games, but now I just might have to go through with it! (Since I can actually get something done without having to refer back to examples of books already in the game.)

You will need the TES Construction Set to add your book into Oblivion. The Book Creator only writes the HTML codes are used in your books.
Sounds good! Just remember that the images must be in .dds format. Also, if you're going to upload your book mod, remember that the file should be somewhere within the Oblivion directory. You will need to edit this personally in the left-most text box on the book creator. Also, images that are placed into the book like I have been explaining will not appear in the preview feature.
For Example: (For an image in the Oblivon folder) <img src="picname.dds">
(For an image in the textures folder) <img src="/Data/textures/picname.dds">
