    OMG I love the recolours, could you adapt them for HGEC version most players use?

    Pixeldust: You have good taste. I'm not entirely sure if it would work with TGND's hands, but they were actually based on FF's hand mesh, so it might work. If not, yeah, some gloves should take care of it. You'd have to move the UV around in Nifskope, though, or use one of the compatibility techniques, or the exposed skin will look pretty horrifying. It might be easiest to just apply the new textures to the HGEC, though the skirt and boots are combined in the HGEC version, so you'll have to split them up or modify the .esp yourself.

    evenstargw: Yeah, I did mention the skin color not matching when forcing the texture, but I could have explained it better. Considering how long it took to apply all the textures to all the parts, there are many things that I'd prefer to do than repeat the process with the HGEC meshes, such as having a root canal. If anyone wants to do an HGEC version with my textures and upload it here, though, go right ahead.

    Oh my gawd, I love RAN's work, especially her archers outfit and this one. I use TGND, to be honest I'm not how sure how compatiable it is with UFF, using TGND with most outfits that are HGEC is fine, is the handsize of UFF similar to HGEC? Or should I just grab a pair of short gloves to go with this? The recolors make it more useful than RAN's version.

    the only problem with the method you describe to force an uff texture on a mesh , is that the skin shaders dont get applied anymore, when one renames the bodynodes other then Foot: xxx and Hand.
    This means that if you for instance have a somewhat darker skin on your head; the body will not get the same colors

    You could ofcourse consider supplying a HGEC version as an optional file here; with your new colors. Eventhough you dont use it yourself it will upgrade this mod and make it more popular *winks*

    @KOG:
    Just download the version by RAN, and this one. Then open a mesh in Nifskope and click the part that you want to recolor. A net appears over the part and the node lights up in the left side of the screen. Open the arrow in front of the node and reassign a texture under NiTexturing property.
    Do this for the outfit with the textures Shayaryn supplies woth this file and you will have a HGEC version with Shayaryns colors.
    PM me if you need more details; I hate to clutter up this comments section

    KOG7777: There's a link to the HGEC version in the description, but it doesn't have the new colors and has no icons. It's very easy to use Nifskope to assign the new textures to the original, though if you use my .esp you'll have to separate the boots from the lower body mesh. If you'd rather not do that, here's something I wrote up for someone who asked a very similar question:

    With Nifskope it's possible to force different textures onto a mesh, so you can use any outfit with any texture. I've done this before with HGEC outfits; if you download a UFF texture from somewhere, open the mesh with Nifskope, and assign the UFF texture to the body. Rename the material from skin to something else, save the file, and you'll be able to use it with no texture oddities. The color might not match your character's skin, though, but that's not hard to fix with Photoshop or Gimp. You could also make a race that uses the FF texture, and when a character using that race wears anything made for FF, it'll display properly, and it won't affect any other characters.

    Looks really nice. Unfortunately my whole game is set up with HGEC in mind so I don't think I can use this armor in its present form.

    Was this originally made for HGEC, or for something else? And is the original version available somewhere?
