   Just FYI for anyone trying this mod out. According to Wrye Bash installation, this mod also requires files from:
   Better Cities
   CM Partners
   Francesco's Leveled Creatures
   Francesco's Optional New Items
   
   Since I'm not using these mods, I cant comment about the Event Horizon.
