It was about 3 years ago that I made this, and in fact, it's that long since I played Oblivion. But if I recall correctly I could always find it by heading to Weynon Priory from the IC and sort of just before you go past that farm on the way, head left pretty much perpendicular to the road. I could be completely wrong... but I think that's right. Look out for the tree houses and the fence surrounding the camp. I think it is south of a small settlement. Let me know if I am right or wrong about this if you could.
