You can fix this with NifScope. Open cuirass.nif (should be in Data\meshes\armor\Madness\F). Rename the node called "upperbody" to something else like "cuirass" (double-click on the name to rename it). Save.
From what I've read, the game engine will ignore anything called upperbody in first-person which is why your arms aren't drawn.
