This adds the following to the base OBMM Extended

Description
-----------
This new version of OBMM Extended supports both skyrim and Oblivion. I renamed it TesModManager for this reason. There is no installer provided so you need to install the standard OBMM Ex first by following the MANUAL installation steps.
Note that instead of copying OBMM to the Oblivion directory, you will copy it to steam/steamapps/common/skyrim. The last step is to copy TesModManager.exe in the skyrim folder.
It will detect Skyrim on start. The "launch" button will show "launch Skyrim" instead of launch Oblivion.
It is able to retrieve Mod Descriptions, Author, Version and pictures from both new tesnexus.com and skyrimnexus.com
