idk if anybody still looks at these but, whenever i try to do alchemy with the mod, the map opens instead of the mini menu for alchemy. I'm not sure if it has to do with me also having Dark UI installed. I tried looking in the ini but i can't figure out which of the lines is for what. And when i try to look up what keyboard keys are in whatever code i see in the ini it's not written out the way it is in the ini. Like in the ini it's "000ED5" but on this one website with a list of keys its: 0x0 3E5 (random examples). I'm stocking up on ingredients as i play until i somehow figure out how to remap this mod's controls

This mod looks really cool! Someone recommended me this mod in the Oblivion Mod Detectives thread in the forums. I am going to start a new playthrough with this mod installed and I will report back here regarding how it works and if there's any bugs.

For some reason the ???? hidden effects is only sometimes working. A lot of the time all four effects show and then it will eventually revert back to hiding the ones I haven't tasted. I can't figure out when or why it does this.

Hello. Unlike some other of your mods, this one isn't to my tastes... The reason for this is that when I want to make a potion and while scrolling with the mouse wheel it is very difficult to find the ingredient I want. The very scrolling procedure doesn't seem to have some pattern which I could follow to find an ingredient which I need quickly. It would help a lot if the ingredients would scroll alphabetically, or in some other helpful way. The way this mod functions when this particular operation is in question is quite annoying, especially if you happen to have around hundred individual ingredients in your inventory (I like my avatar to be a portable alchemy lab, among other things...). On the other hand, other aspect of this mod are good, like the need to eat ingredients to find out their properties, and the very fact it is all done in real time. Unfortunately for me, the negative aspect of the mod prevails. But, like I said, the mod isn't to my tastes, which doesn't mean it is bad, considering that other people seem to like it, and I merely wanted to point out what I like, and dislike regarding this mod, so that maybe you would consider (if it is possible) correcting the above mentioned issue.

Is the empty bottle mesh missing a texture or did my install just go wrong?

@Endoril The latest version should fix your problem with extra bottles. Now any potion you drink that has a script effect will no longer provide an empty bottle.

@smetzler How does it cause a problem with Spell Potions? You don't actually 'activate' the items using this mod, atleast not from the game's point of view. I've also added an option in the ini to AutoUpright, to make it easier to set up your equipment.

Been playing with this mod a bit more and still loving it, especially with Tamrielic Ingredients. While it really gives a feeling of making individual potions it becomes troubling to find matching ingredients manually or remembering recipes. With some mods like Spell Potions, the alembic cannot be used because selecting it activates a different menu, so that's a specific mod it conflicts a bit with.
Still loving this mod to death and want to say thanks for making it. Eating ingredients to figure out what they do is a fascinating method of alchemy in this mod.

Great mod! Love the need to eat ingredients and love making them on the spot like that. However, since not a lot of dungeons or towns have alchemy labs set up or organized it becomes a bit of a pain to perform alchemy. Is there a way to either separate the "eat ingredients" from the mod or lock objects in place so its easy when you place them down?
Other than that, awesome mod and great concept. It's a shame it doesn't get more attention.
