To anyone who cant seem to buy/sell skooma I've found the issue.
The trade itself isn't in the traditional trade menu rather you use the RTI mod to 'sell'/'buy'. Once you hit [engage] with an npc use f1/f2 to find the sell/buy skooma option then hold f4 to confirm. Rinse and repeat. Also see the RTI mod's read me for more in depth instructions.
For people having issues. It seems like, while installing, the .ini file doesn't always go to RTIPlugins subfolder in Oblivion\Data\ini folder, so you need to place it there yourself. It's the same issue as with Crime Handler, at least while using OBMM (TMM). And, of course, RTI should be properly installed for this to work.
none of the options are showing up so i can't sell anything and when i try to buy from nordinor he doesn't have any. this is the only mod i have active so i don't know what's happening. plz help
I'm having a problem where any mod-added NPC (like from better cities) never drinks their skooma and when I try to sell them more I get a script error from the console. If i console-remove their skooma I can sell them another, but I still get the script error log.
"Operator [ failed to evaluate to a valid result File: pmSkoomaDeals.esp Offset: 0x00FD Command: Let Error in script 63000803 An expression failed to evaluate to a valid result File: pmSkoomaDeals.esp Offset: 0x00FD Command: Let"
Any ideas what's up with that? I was merrily selling to modded-in NPCs in a previous game.
