Crazy Loki is a Sheogorath worshipping Nord looking to make his way in the world. A novelty shop seemed like the perfect fit. The shop has come into its own and Loki's goods are sure to be interesting, if not altogether practical.
Installation
----------------------------------------------------
Unzip into the Data folder of your Oblivion directory.
Check "Crazy Loki.esp" in Data Files in the Oblivion launcher.
Changes to the outside world
----------------------------------------------------
Removed one tree and moved a light source in upper Bruma near north gate.
Added Crazy Loki's Novelties to upper Bruma, against the wall to the right of the north gate.
Added Crazy Loki advertising handbills to Olav's Tap and Tack and the Jerall View Inn.
New additions (Version 1.0)

Crazy Loki - proprietor of Crazy Loki's Novelties
Wabbajack-berries - Fun for all ages and species (works great on NPCs, as with Wabbajack this will only work on one person at a time)
Wabbajackberry bush - Everything's gotta come from somewhere. This one is a gift from Sheogorath himself and Loki keeps it as a houseplant.
Alice's Mushroom Pies - Grow up, grow down, just remember the effect is permanent without an antidote or resize scroll.
Scroll of Unpreparedness - Loki has mastered teh dreaded "Look Ma, no pants!" spell and has taken to selling scrolls of the same. This scroll can effectivly unequip any target it is cast on. The target will re-equip eventually, so no harm done (right?).
Mock Fork Of Horripulation - These things sold like hotcakes for months until a lawsuit by Bighead shut down production. Get them while they last.
Imitation Gambolpuddy - Not just another cheap knockoff. This is the difinative cheap knockoff.
Large and small balls of yarn - Unusual curiosities Loki recently aquired from an old friend. Cats seem to have a strange affinity for them and will come out of the woodwork any time you drop one of these balls of yarn from your inventory. The kittens are cute and all, but the bigger cats are downright nasty. Use caution with the cat yarn!
Known Issues
----------------------------------------------------
This mod will most likely conflict with anything which also uses the area to the right of the Bruma North gate.
Cats sometimes do not follow you after you pick up their yarn. They can be reminded by walking close to them and then moving on.
Cats do not generally transition with you through doors to new cells.
Cats WILL be generated each time the yarn is dropped from your inventory, if this is done too often in the same cell it may slow down lower end systems.
Wabbajack-berries use the same leveled list as the Wabbajack artifact in game. Any mod which removes or alters this leveled list may effect the function of the berries.
Future Plans

More content is in the works already for Loki's shop.
- Additional novelty items including the Rain of Garbage scroll, the Terrifying Fake Rat, and the Everyone's on (Illusionry)Fire scroll are planned and currently in the debugging phase.
- A short series of quests involving (among other things) talking animals, magic beans, and a man-eating giant, to help Loki with a problem he's having.
