I have two questions for anyone who knows:

    1. I saw someone mention a "only see hud in combat" feature.... but I am not seeing this in my installer? I would really like this, it's annoying to have my bars pop up every time I jump and lose a little stamina.

    2. Is there any way to restore the vanilla HUD size? I like the features of this mod but the vanilla size was fine, and preferable to me. I liked seeing the hud artwork, and it was more readable.

    Just amazing!
For people who are curious and came from 2021 (or later) like me - you can't hide the bars all the time but if you want, choose "to hide all status bar while not in combat" during installation, it simply does the same work as Skyrim iHud and appears only if you fight someone

"You can't hide the bars all the time"

Yes you can, the mod allows for 100% hiding the HUD. The only thing it does -not- remove completely is the sneak eye. But this can easily be removed by going into menus > main > hud_reticle then scroll right down to the bottom and look for <image name="hudreticle_sneak"> below that look for <filename> "sneak eye texture file path.dds" </filename> then just delete the file path so you have <filename> </filename>.

I feel a little crazy, but I don't even see that option in the installer from the mod. I just want to get rid of compass, and hide my hud in combat, that's all. I even like vanilla hud size, which I could change it back .Any help is appreciated

Good mod, but unfortunately (at least for me) it removes location and quest markers from the compass

Would this mod cause all names, (NPC, animals, doors, etc.,) to disappear? Started a new game and none of the names are even showing up. Where my games used to say "Baurus", it now displays nothing.

Edit: After uninstalling said mod, my names came back. Shame I can't use this to personal preferences. If I could keep II and STILL see the names, I would have left it in.

how did you uninstall? I ran the uninstaller but my hud is still changed

**forgot I made a mod folder in MO2 for it, unchecked it and now my hud is back to normal

Is this mod compatible with NorthernUI (Away)?

2023 endorsed and works like charm!
Note: to those with custom folders, you will have to edit the install dir via regedit. Apparently this mod pulls the location from there.

@GAMBIT1911 It would be sooooooo nice if this mod had a toggle for compass visibility like SkyUI for Skyrim has... while we all wait patiently for skyblivion to never come out. :P

@h4rfleur Don't know if you're still alive, but it would be sooooooo nice if you could add a toggle for compass visibility like SkyUI for Skyrim has. While we all wait patiently for skyblivion to never come out. :P
