Wow...I love this home! It looks like the architectural style native my real-world location. Very cozy with all the earth tones and rustic setting. Thank you and keep up the great work. It is sad that some people who actively use a mod do not endorse it. Spoiled brats...grrrrrrr. Do not be discouraged...my motto is "those who know me, know me well, all the rest can go to h**l" Hehe. Peace Edit: endorsed and voted, great mod.

Yes that is very true. I am thinking of doing another house for Oblivion, but in the mean time I also am interested in fixing a couple of clipping issues in Pel'alise and perhaps adding a basement, but in the meantime I have to actually find a moment to do it all.

I do want to mod Skyrim as well, it would be worth reinstalling the game just to mod for it, as I have many ideas.

People never seem to be very good about endorsing anything they download. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who wondered what was with all the hype in Skyrim. Only advantage I can see so far from Skyrim is the servers on this end are never overloaded. Regardless, I'd still appreciate any house you released but I can understand not wanting to mod more houses due to the lack of people giving response to them.

    Hey Pixel-

Originally it was supposed to be the Imperial City Shack but I liked the view from the spot it's in and it looked way to posh to be in the craphole that is the Waterfront.

I feel the same way about Skyrim, I got tired of it very fast and still enjoy Oblivion. If I thought people would still use my mods, i'd keep on making houses. Since this only got 6 endorsements and 199 d/ls and was released the day after Skyrim came out, I assumed it was because there were too few people on TES IV Nexus anymore to be bothered with my work.

Are you making anymore houses for Oblivion, or have you moved on to Skyrim? (I find myself enjoying Oblivion way more than Skyrim.) I love the textures you used in this house, makes it very unique. Though since I have two companions it feels a bit cramped, still love it anyway, great house for those just starting out. It deserves more endorsements... why couldn't this have been the Imperial City shack? Hahaha.

Good to hear! I am glad you like the house so much. I wanted to make a smaller home for a change, something elegant but cozy and not too over the top. Plus I love the view personally, myself.
