This has been a must-have mod for me since the beginning. After all these years ( 15? ) I still haven't found a house I like more. There are some fancier ones, but they aren't as useful or convenient as this one. Frankly, this house makes Oblivion a lot more fun to play. THANK YOU for making this!!!
This is still my favourite housing mod even after 16 years of playing oblivion. One thing I'd love to see is the mod updated so that the teleport spell can be used in exterior cells in the shivering isles. Otherwise this mod is absolutely perfect, 10/10
I found this to be a lovely mod which is well organized and beautifully created. It is clear that the modder has taken much time and thought to make this.
Sadly it is not pathed inside. I pathed it for myself and added persistant references to some of the furniture. NPC's in Oblivion can not even enter a space unless it is pathed. They, if say for instance Lucian Lachance manages to find you in an unpathed space, will float around in the space outside and be unable to leave or use various floor spaces that are in the house, and in some cases unable to leave either.
I attempted to add a map marker to the outside but for some reason was unable to do so. I would like it to be more NPC friendly, as there are those NPC's who follow us to our homes. Lucien Lachance for one, Barius , and also the corrupt imperial guard. I found no way to make it so.
Inside and out the home is just lovely and well made.
I give a 5 for the absence of pathing. Thanks for sharing.
It's a pleasure to visit after almost two years, and find people are still enjoying my work. Thank you all for your continued support, and good hunting.
I have been using this mod since the beginning and I still think it is the best home due to the amount of space, the storage, and accessibility at just about any time. I use it whenever I get overburdened since I can just dump my crap in either chest at the entrance. Thanks for this wonderful mod.
Comment I love this place and the fact that I can get there instantly makes it the primary choice for a home but i miss people. A way to hire servants, trainers, smithy etc. would be great. I also get a little claustofobic in there so a few windows perhaps...
I tried out a "Glenvar Castle" earlier. It had some cool things such as traininghalls for archery and melee, an ingredientsorter for alcemy ingredients, a bathinghall with lights that you can turn on and off(I just love that part). Check it out. It might give you some new ideas.
Thank you for a beautiful mod. Keep up the good work! ">
