If you want it to work for Umbra's helmet, just open up this mod in TES4Edit, find the record in Oblivion's .esm/.esp (I don't remember which has it), right click on it and select "copy as override into" and send it into the .esp for the ebony closed helmet mod. Then change the file path for Umbra's helmet to be the same one that the .esp for the ebony closed helmet mod re-directs the file path for the standard ebony helmet to.
Hey I know this mod is old, but it isn't working for me. I install the mod manually and with NMM and it just removes my hair and ears the helmet is invisible. I install it through NMM and it doesn't change the vanilla helmet. It's odd because it worked earlier when you are in the mages darkly quest and the chest before you fight the Minotaur has a set, but the rest of the ebony armors in game don't change.
The helmet doesn't show up, well, the vanilla one does. It's as if I didn't have the mod installed at all. (Which I do, and I do have the .esp file active) Any fix for this?
