It has been a while since I have left a comment here so I apologize for the delayed response.
skuxxyblakke, as Knightspk2 and akaMACKE said, you appear to have wandered onto the Oblivion Nexus. These textures are not for Skyrim. Even if you renamed them to the correct Skyrim names they don't have normal maps and probably don't follow the same texture space layout (Oblivion didn't use normal maps on its blood).
Sycokinetic, Glad you enjoy the textures and I believe the bright red blood is a problem which has always existed with Oblivion. I could be wrong but I don't think the game applies shadowing to these textures resulting in the exact same looking blood in day or night, outside or in a dungeon. Using HDR instead of bloom may help a bit, as will the darker textures set.
I love this texture. It adds that last little touch of realism, isn't to an obnoxious degree, and it installs easily with Bash.
However, there is one little thing that bugs me. It doesn't seem to interact at all with the light level; so even in at the bottom of a pitch-black cave I get a bright "luminescent" red spray. Do you think it would be possible to do something to fix that? Alternatively, is it just misbehaving for me?
I don't think the files were set up properly for the mod manager to use them. Installing this mod manually is very simple though as it shouldn't overwrite any of Oblivion's vanilla textures. Sorry for any inconvenience.
