Custom 'Skull of Wabbajack' / 'Staff of Sheogorath'

I just love this deadra weapon but I've always wished it did more!

so the following mod does the following: ( CHANGELOG )

v1.0 (Mob list from base Oblivion.esp)
---A 'Skull of Wabbajack' weapon will automatically be added to your inventory (I love the design)
---No charges needed, zero weight, zero cost
---All actors and creatures can be transformed from an expanded list of possible creatures
---I've enabled this mod to work on Essential NPCs as well, so yes even Sheogorath can be Wabbajacked
---(Be warned this removes the Essential flag so these NPCs can be killed! so be careful)
---Have fun if your really lucky you might summon Mehrunes Dagon!

v1.1 (Mob list from base oblivion.esp + Shivering Isles expansion)
---Expanded mob list now includes mobs from Shivering Ilses expansion

v1.2 ***original concept was work in progress - finished v1.6***
---You can now Wabbajack multiple targets
---The same target can be Wabbajacked multiple times
(After 10secs the multiple wabbajack target will begin to revert backwards)

v1.3 SINGLE TARGET WABBAJACK ( MULTIPLE TIMES )
---Model change from the 'Skull of Corruption' model to the 'Staff of Sheogorath'
---Only one Wabbajack target at a single time
---The same target can be wabbajacked multiple times with no delay
---Wabbajack death will not place bounty on player and will return to trueform
---Re-done mob list so less chance of Minotaurs, goblins, skeletons

v1.4 SINGLE TARGET WABBAJACK ( MULTIPLE TIMES )
---Same mod as v1.3 with more tidy script
(if you have 1.3 you don't need to download this - more useful for scripters / developers)

v1.5 Requires OBSE
---The DeleteReference function from OBSE is used to prevent save game 'bloat'
(Must have OBSE download and installed for this mod to work v0020)

v1.6 Requires OBSE + OBME
---Multiple targets can be wabbajacked
---After 10secs returns Trueform
---OnDeath returns Trueform

Notes: To keep the file download section nice and tidy I've removed the older versions
keeping only the two most recent, if anyone really wants one of the older versions to be available
just let me know within the comments section

Notes(2)- v1.6 is brand new and the first time I've used OBME, it can be a pain to download and
install in the correct folder but is worth the effort :D
