Fyi, here's a couple mods that conflict with Highwood:
HESU Shipton. There are Highwood-Shipton combo patches for use with various mods. It can be tough getting them in the right working order. The BOSS order is wrong depending on what mods & patches you're using. If you're using Roads of Cyrodiil (ROC), make sure the ROC + Highwood patch (included with ROC) goes *below* HESU Shipton, and then the Shipton-ROC-Highwood patch directly below that. Otherwise Highwood will be half-buried underground and/or the camp area next to it will have huge landscape tears *even with* the OOO patch included with Highwood.
The Clothmor mod is one that also conflicts with Highwood. It puts a shop right in the middle of Highwood's garden stuff across the street from the main home. Needs a patch.
Would be cool if someone connected this to Gweden farm with more houses and chapel and inn and stuff to make it a village. I can only do low level scripting, putting down houses and interiors and moving around boulders and raising and lowering the landscape is beyond me. But more villages to the game is always a very good idea.
AND YET COMPLETELY RUINED by the fact that there isn't any all natural patch for it. can't use this mod because of it. i don't see the point using such houses if it's daylight inside at night L O L
You see, your comment is just the sort of thing that makes modders turn their backs... like an entitled child you provide NOTHING but demand patches for a mod that's over a decade old. L O L.
This mod is just beautiful. I love truffles, he's my best friend now! I just really want to know: what's with the crazy guy painting? Who is that? Why can't he get out? Is there a quest related to the dude? I found him on the top of the mill and he screamed at me to open the door!
"On low to middle systems this may cause lag or low FPS in some areas" More like on any computer short of a NASA supercomputer. Even my 1080 struggled a bit outside the house. Oh, Oblivion..

If you want a patch... make one!
I will download when time is due (that is after my Hammerfell WIP)

Very good looking house though, endorsed.
