OK so I am feeling dumb, I don't know step 1 on how to get this head in place of anything, currently have no alternate meshes just using vanilla (just got game and started modding only hours ago) loaded into NMM and now I am at a loss
I noticed that same issue with the original tk versions of Head06 and H06_Fem3 back when I was making my Fix for Head06 Grin used in this mod. It's the main reason why I went with a very subtle expression. Any expression that is a variation of happy/sad, to include things like pursing the lips or changing the over/underbite and such will have a tendency to make the mouth edges develop a bump or creased look. Maybe it could be fixed with a new normal map for the head texture but I doubt it... thinking it would have to be a vertex change around the mouth itself or a rebuild of the face morphs. Unfortunately I can't replicate my work for the grin fix since I'm not employed at the company that gave me access to FaceGen Full any more... maybe someone else can follow the tutorial I posted at my fix mod page on changing the morph targets. If that doesn't work (redoing the morph targets), a vertex change may be the only solution.

Excellent job on this compilation and tweaking You've reduced the support questions I receive lol (now you're getting them)
One is for certain - The happy/sad slider for the mouth and shallow/pronounced cheeks slider can conflict with each other and cause the mouth to protrude at the ends - The only way to get rid of this is if you make your character look really happy.
The other is with the dimensions of the race - I don't know if it's a morph problem, but changes in the race's width and height can greatly affect the shape of the face.
This is a resource, I repeat, and as the title says it is Head06 Fem3 tweaked, so if to follow logic, it can replace Head06 Fem3. Xenius's races ususally use this model and some others. For more information... Just look at posts below
