Really great mod, but note this if you use Maskar's or Oscuro's overhaul (not sure which is responsible): the entire ruins is filled with powerful ghosts that will require probably around level 10 to complete at normal difficulty. And I mean FILLED. I had to take out probably 30 of them or more. Just a PSA.
When i get the the place that is mentioned in the book you buy it says the door is locked. Am i missing a piece of information that's in the book I didn't read or is there a requirement I have to do first.
I love this mod, but there's a few things I'd like to see addressed if you're still into modding.
1. Sometimes the on-hit effects can get reflected back at you if your enemy has any Reflect Spell capabilities. That's REALLY annoying since you can hit yourself with the knockback effect. I can accept the damage getting reflected, but could you modify the script a bit so that the knockback can't work on the PC?
2. On the same token for the knockback, it happens a bit TOO often for my liking. I think it'd make more sense if the knockback effect was tied to using charged shots, and that heavily-charged attacks would be guaranteed to knockback.
Other than that, this mod is solid. Great for my Elvish ranger.
Just wondering : would it be possible to make a different version of this mod that works with all weapons, not just bows ? As if your character was simply infusing magicka into his weapon / fist I'm currently playing hand to hand and I tought it'd be great to have this for H2H too. I've been trying to make it work for H2H too with TESconstruction set, but I can't seem to make it work. I would then have switched all marksman based skill checks to mysticism check (makes more sense to me, marksman isn't a magic skill, so where's the arcane part of arcane archer ? It's the only flaw in your mod, having it only base itself on marksman is too easy and illogical (look at me, talking about logic in a fantasy game )) But anyway, I haven't been able to make it work so far, I removed the animation check to make it work not just with bows but with every weapon, but then I got the "projectile not found, happens at close range" thing. So I tried to remove the projectile clusters too, but then it simply stopped working altogether ...
So yeah, if you had any tips/ideas/other on how to make it work, I'd love to hear it :p
I really love your mod ^^ trying to integrate it into every character :p
(I do realise that rapid mode is impossible with fists as you can't modify the "weapon" speed, but I dont mind) (At least I think it's impossible ?)
