I'm going to update the description, for now. If you can make sure where the conflict is arising from (OBSE itself, or a mod that uses OBSE), it would pin-point the conflict for anyone else using my mod.
Thanks for the positive feedback as well; it makes me feel really good, knowing that others are enjoying my mod!
@ayhay123 Sorry but both those actions didn't fix it.i think it's windows seven being a pain in the tail as usual...I'll try it fullscreen but it might not fix it either...
[edit] It is a compatiblity issue with OBSE it runs fullscreen and windowed no problem in all resolutions when it is disabled, I'm going to update OBSE and see if it resolves the problem you may wish to list OBSE V1.2.4.6 as a compatibility issue.
It may be incompatable with old versions of OBSE or it may be incompatable all-together. Will keep you updated.
Regards, KS.
PS: Great mod, loving it while it works Break down of steps taken:
Copy file 'loading_background.dds' to /Menus80/Loading Tested: 1024x768, Windowed.... Fail. Tested: 800x600, Windowed...Fail. Tested 1024x768, Windowed, Fail. Disable OBSE. Test 1024x768 FS w/o obse... success! Test 1366x768 FS w/o obse... success! Test 800x600 windowed, w/o obse... success! Conclusion: OBSE Failure.
@daveKD Open "DataMenusloading_menu.xml" and if you're using notepad, Find (from edit dropdown menu) "<x> 165 </x>" without quotes. You can change this number to alter the position of the progress bar horizontally. The number under this between the y's can be changed to alter the bar vertically. I apologize for the late reply.
@khajiitsean Try changing the resolution to 1024x768. That should fix it. If you want the to keep the resolution 800x600, then you have to copy "Data/Textures/Menus/Loading/loading_background.dds" into "Data/Textures/Menus80/Loading". (If the folders aren't there, just make them)
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, the mod looks great on the screenshots but the loading picture is refusing to change from its default oblivion image. (the loading bar changes)
I've tried the custom options and the skyrim preset. I am running windowed 800x600. My version is unpatched.
Wow, what an awesome mod! Great job man, I really love this, I'm playing oblivion until skyrim comes out, just to get into the spirit and make me more pumped for the game, and this mod is really helping me out. And I love the customization, so much choices! You've done a very great job on this, and I thank you for that, Will endorse, and vote. Working very well, I made my text say "Waiting for Skyrim..."

This mod doesn't work with OBSE version 0.20 (the latest version).Perhaps changing to an older version may work.
Version 1.2.4.6 was the version of my oblivion, sorry I opened the wrong readme.
Best Wishes,
KK.
PS: Gonna try version 0.17 OBSE to see if that solves the problem.
Yes; this mod covers just the first title screen.
PS: The loading screens between teleports (the hint screens) do not changes have any.Is this supposed to happen?

Is there any requirements for using this mod?
You've done a very great job on this, and I thank you for that, Will endorse, and vote.

Can anybody tell me how this mod is working out for them?
