It should be compatible with Anvil Cliffs. Lady Stone Villa is located on the north side of Anvil and I do believe UL Anvil Cliffs modifies only the south side of Anvil.

I haven't actually downloaded it (I'm simply not the kind of person to settle down and live in a villa; I need a wizard tower, or lair, or castle of sorts), but I'm simply fascinated by this mod.
Love it. Its worthy of being called a manor without the feeling of being too formal. Love the big deck. Interior is great. House has plenty of atmosphere and since anvil is my favorite of the towns location was a plus for me.Thank you so much for sharing this lovely house mod.
