For those who use Better Cities, using the console command TCL in front of the Butcher Shop works, the chest is right behind the door. Then TCL must be used again on a safe place.
I can confirm that turning off blood textures will stop the crashing people get when hit. My guess would be that because of the blood splatting on a huge amount of poly's all at once, this creates an almost endless amount of load for the game. This load will pretty much kill any game of oblivion when not using a god-like computer. Thats the best guess I can provide with my limited technical knowledge, so if your game still crashes like this then you need to take it up with the mod creator.
Just remember to turn the blood decals off! (mine seems to auto-turn itself on every time I open the game)
Can you give me code to get the armor thru console please? I started with an overhaul that disables ma markers from start so it will take long to reach Bravil.
