The new file is hidden. I respect your choice as the author to make your work available or unavailable, but I'm curious- why is it hidden?

@udot121 I was curious, so I looked it up. You may be relieved to know that the word limit is from Latin and is first known to have appeared in English in the 14th century, according to Merriam-Webster. The word limitless is first known to have appeared in English in the 1580s, according to the Online Etymological Dictionary. The architectural styles, technology, and clothing in Oblivion range over a fairly large period when compared to real world history, and NPCs do occasionally use words ending in "less." They are quite fond of the word lesser, which arrived in the mid-15th century. Look up "less" in the Online Etymological Dictionary to read an amusing comment on "lesser" from Johnson. The game does not precisely correspond to any real-world era. Hopefully you can consider the title of this mod to be sufficiently lore-friendly now.

If it has CM as a master I'd suggest naming it CM something or another.

Sounds interesting, please continue with it as you'll get more responses as it develops. Right now (with no pics and generic description) a lot of people will pass it by. I'll track to see when more is completed, then DL. THANKS for your time, idea and effort.
