They are waiting in the Flowing Bowl, just as all the other companions I made.
You won't need any equipment for them, they got their own!
To make these companions look like on the pictures, I highly recommend you to go to your Oblivion.ini and set FaceGenTexturing to 0. This will disable the aging effect for the face texture (for ALL characters!).
