This is an excellent idea. I am the former 2nd manager of UL, Yzerman19, and I am jealous...I wish we would have had that map way back in 2006-2007! Plus, I wish we would have had 26 completed ULs...there was only 9 finished when I handed the reins to Cthulhu314.

P.s - I'm planning a landscape mod that I hope might come close to the majesty of a UL mod. I plan to make it on an island off the coast of Anvil in the cyrodil world space. Could you suggest any specific links to tutorials that would help me create it, you know point me in the right direction? I know the basics of construction set, i.e modifying and adding content, retexturing. I do love the idea of this mod, but yeah, I'm gonna wait for a bit more accuracy. Have you tried reaching out to any of the actual Unique Landscape folks? Maybe they'd like to cooperate and/or coordinate.
But Silverfish River Valley is a completed UL, so it should be green, not red. Brena River Ravine, Snowdale, Cheydinhal Falls, Aspen Wood and Skingrad Outskirts are all completed ULs, so should also be green, not yellow. Anvil Farming and Alpine Mountains are abandoned, so should not be displayed at all. All of the released ULs have been cleaned and now do not edit quite as many cells as that map displays, so they're inaccurate. Blackwood Forest is completely missing, it is another completed UL so should be displayed and in green. River Strid is still a WIP so is not yet released, it shouldn't appear at all right now. The cell grid maps you have used really should not be available for public download anymore, they are totally out of date and inaccurate. Unfortunately, I have no idea who Guybrush is (and based on the Nexus description, it looks like he just took the images from the UL Council uploads and reuploaded them himself) so I cannot have them taken down.

As Cerest said, the map you have used is seriously out of date, and contains a lot of invalid information! You really should use the current cell grid map as linked by Cerest, and if you want one without the grid numbers, let me know and I can upload a copy without them.
