This mods adds two new swords to the game, the Rending Blade and the unique sword "Frostweave". Both can be purchased from Varnado at The Best Defense in the Imperial City Market District. Frostweave is a fully functional particle-effect sword (like Hopesfire from Morrowind) and comes packed with a 25 point on-strike frost enchantment with around 60 uses, while the Rending Blades are simple unenchanting swords with a similar design that you can enchant to your own liking (Varnado will restock with more Rending Blades every few days, but onyl one Frostweave per customer).
