Adds three new weapons with 0 damage to a barrel outside of A Fighting Chance for training purposes

-Description-
This Plug-in adds four new items to the game - wooden training blade, wooden
training bow, wooden training axe and wooden training arrows - to a barrel
outside of 'A Fighting Chance' in IC Market District, each of these weapons
has there damage set to 0 so you can hack away at an enemy as you get exp
without damaging them! Quite obvious but the sword trains blade, the axe
trains blunt and the bow trains marksman. The barrel DOES respawn.
-Location-
In a barrel outside 'A Fighting Chance in IC Market District.
The barrel DOES respawn so don't store items in it, but it means an endless
supply of arrows.
-Compatibility-
Should work with anything, but let me know if you find anything.
-Installation-
Copy the .Esp, Meshes and Textures to you Oblivion directory.
-Uninstallation-
Delete the files that came with it.
