This mod adds a journal to the Player in which they may actually write and make notes. Never again will you forget the location of some hidden tresure or the name of someone who must be assassinated...
It is fully editable and supports multiple text alignment options which may be inserted by pressing ctrl + l or r or c, for left right and center respectively.
The book will be added at the loading of the game, once only. It is a quest item only to stop the player from accidently dropping it as it causes glitchyness in the script. The name of the book is initially "My Journal" but this can be changed to whatever you want as the title automatically becomes whatever the first line of text is in the book - up to the first line-break. Thus "My journal" will be the first line in the book when you open it. All else is self-explanatory.
NOTE that while there is no practical limit to the length of the journal that you can write, a entire memoir might cause save game bloating due to the way the text is saved.
Installation

Simply extract the esp file to your data folder and enable it in the loader or your favourite mod sorter

Delete the esp file

This mod should be perfectly compatible with any mod
Note that when accessing the journal, Oblivion will register it is a 'book read' and increment the misc score. This is only problematic if you use OblivionXP as it gives you experience for reading books. Just avoid spamming it or disable the xp gain. No known solution as of yet. Possibly in an update.
