i have a question about poses when i hold r to move my camera around, sometimes i just cant get a good angle how do i go about getting these better angles?

if i want to replace the "handtohandidle" file of my character with one idle of this goma pose, why my character don't take the pose in the inventory menu? of course i rename it.
