Vampires are detected by this mod, however once they cast an invisibility spell this ceases to be the case. Have Supreme magika ( shader disabled ), less annoying magic experience ( shader esp not installed ), OOO and MOO. Is it possible the inivisibility spell has been changed by any of these and not being recognised by this mod?
Kasdar I see you still log on here evry now and then, any chances of looking into this?
How do i disable that xray look allways when i am looking on npcs they are kinda xrayed and i see they eyeballs and their brain and i cant know if they smile or are angry or just u know what i mean
This mod is awesome! Thank you so much. I hated that purple stuff that appears whenever I activate detect life because it blocks everything and I can't tell what I'm looking at. This shader is just perfect. A simple, sharp outline of the creature... it's exactly what I was looking for XD.
I didn't run into any problems other people were having with the 2 shaders overlapping each other. No purple cloud overlaying this shader for me at all. Will let you know if any problems/bugs come up, but so far, it's been great. Thanks again, man ^^
I wonder if there's any way you could get Supreme Magicka to use these replacement shaders for its "different shaders for different kinds of creatures" feature. You'd probably need to rebuild Supreme Magicka's bsa, at least.
@crehater I had the same problem because I have supreme magicka installed what I did was: 1-modify the suprememagicka.ini detect life to 2 2-moved this mod almost last in my load order
Awesome mod, but for some reason the vanilla cloud effect shows along with yours. Any idea why?
Same for me... I am using Wrye Bash.
First, I changed nothing and I had the vanilla shader. The new shader was there, but barely visible. A beautiful play of red lines over the NPC. Visible when talking to them. But from far, only the vanilla purple cloud... Second, I added in Wrye Bash, the tag 'Graphics'. Then I got the red overlay as shown in the uploaded pictures. However, the effect keeps swapping between vanilla and new, purple cloud and red glow.
Annoying, I would prefer to have only the ONE.
EDIT: I installed another Detect Life mod, and the same issue. It's got to be another mod that does this (also merged).
This mods rocks, just know I appreciate your work a lot. I was only wandering if there's a chance to create different versions of this mod each one with a different colour to it. If you could do, tis will be the ultimate detect life mod.
Works as it says it does, but imo it's a bit ugly up close espicially if you understand how meshes work.
I just can't get past seeing the different parts of the meshes as you talk to someone, however I did not give it a tumbs down because it does as it says.
I like the look of this, but I wish there was a mod that cancels detect life effect on NPCs that are in sight and nearby. I don't need to 'detect' a merchant I'm talking to - he's right in front of me!
