Fort Blackedge - An exciting house mod and dungeon by Suckitude (Nycimus on YouTube)

Update 1.1 - Fixes some bugs and changes the way you buy the fort, see below.

THIS MOD CONFLICTS BADLY WITH UL/BETTER CITIES BRAVIL. DISABLE BETTER CITIES BRAVIL AND BARROWFIELDS IF YOU HAVE THEM.
IF SOMEONE WANTS TO MAKEA PATCH, FEEL FREE, IT WON'T BE THAT HARD.

Ever been to a fort ruin? Chances are you have explored (or ransacked one violently) in your days.

If you are a modder, then chances are, you have made, or maybe seen a house mod made in one.

Who wants to live in a ruin? You are the Champion of Cyrodiil, not a lowly bandit.

Well now, the great and powerful overlord of bacon, Suckitude, have created a FULLY REPAIRED legion fort house mod, with a free horse!

------------
Description
------------

The fort is obtained via a scripted FOR SALE sign, see below.

The fort is located on the small island a little ways south of Bravil. You can't miss it.

This is a beautiful house mod chock full with hundreds of custom meshes and textures, new scripted items, an awesome horse
and more! I made this mod with the idea of a legion fort back in the 1st era. It's glory days. Here is what the mod includes:

The Stuff:

Fort Blackedge contains a beautiful restored fort ruin tileset made by me (with help from Better Forts), along with Mr. Siika's
treasure, jbvw's meshes, and more! All of the furniture is placed with the utmost care to look amazing. The entire fort is three
cells, two of which are part of a dangerous dungeon. The fort's main cell is three stories high with a treasury, a laboratory,
a stash of gold, a garden with every plant in the game, an armory and forge, a quartermaster's store, a study, a bedroom, a dining area,
a kitchen, a bar, and a shadowy horse. From the third story, you can access the rooftop of the fort which has a working bell, Siika's ballisti,
and a weather changer.

The Scripted Objects:

- A magical forge which allows for static repairing with the maximum amount of hammers your money can buy.
- A bubbling animated cauldron for static alchemy without COBL.
- A poisoner that allows you to create poisoned apples using nightshade and apple.
- A menu that allows you to order a wide variety of drinks from a menu.
- A grand piano that you can play.
- A alarm bell that you can ring.
- A weather station that allows you to change the weather with over 20 different options, even oblivion weather!
- A custom merchant that sells you lots of custom items
- A shadowy horse (as the fort was owned by an evil usurper)

The Dungeon:

Fort Blackedge's underground portion is left intact for authenticity. (It is still in ruins) which means that it is infested with
undead. But these aren't ordinary undead. They have powerful scripted regenerative abilities. If you need help with killing them,
see the large book on the dining table. If you manage to survive the powerful hoards of undead, and find the hidden keys, you
can enter the sanctum of the only living 1st era legionary. A powerful warrior who usurped the position of legionary commander.
Read the dining table book for background on him. If you manage to remove his invincibility and defeat him, you will score a very
powerful and beautifully crafted set of armor and two-handed sword.
