I am assuming since it's in another worldspace that it has no compatibility issues with other mods. Also (probably mentioned somewhere)... but how do I start the mod... and can I teleport freely back and forth from Tamriel Worldspace.
If you'd like to test the mod, the download has a list of COC commands so you can teleport there and check it out. But to get to Silgrad Tower is simple. You get a simple quest, follow it and you'll get a spell. Now teleporting back to Tamriel I'm not sure yet. The assets look great and this mod uses an interesting feature when entering settlements that I haven't seen in mods yet. It tries to replicate how Morrowind's settlements are but without the severe FPS loss. I read from the author's website that he's back and so is the website, hopefully development can continue because it certainly does have potential.

I would assume that the teleport spell would work like a toggle. Cast the teleport spell in Tamriel to get to the Silgrad Tower land. And then cast the same teleport spell again in the Silgrad Tower world to get back to Tamriel.
You get the quest instantly and you must go to a hotel in the Imperial City. You speak to a man who will sell you a scroll for 300 gold and when you read it you get the spell to cast yourself to Silgrad Tower. Interesting this mod actually has voice acting for male characters.
About half the download links in the Mirrors tab on the description page are obsolete. Might want to check an update those also.

I was abble to complete the forgotten garden quest. Hovever, I cannot go to Silgrad proper. Readme says I should go to Cheydinhall but there are no portals out there.
Okay, first off, I'm sorry for posting on this old mod in April 2020! Second, I'm having trouble up in the Dwarven/Dwemer ruin thats in the middle of a mountain in the middle of the SIlgrad Towers mod's lands, Dumac I think it's name is!!!! This dwemer ruin is the one that has all these switches or levers that you have to activate in a certain order in order to gain access thru the door! Now there's no way to know what the order is, so does anyone know or remember what the order of the switches/levers is in that Dwemer RUin I'm talking about? And is it part of a quest, cause I'm not sure as I accidentally came upon those ruins while exploring!!!
Also, wanted to point out that the areas, quite a large area around SIlgrad City still lags quite hard, and also there's quite a hard crash requirng a major league hard boot to the PC once one either enters the Soluthis Temple compound or fast travels to the SOluthis Temple Just wanted to point out those major issues!
dead mod, i know, but where do i find the merchant in the imperial city who sells the teleport scrolls? i remember playing this mod like years back tho i'm stuck, would just download the forgotten garden to clue myself in again tho i can't find that anywhere on the net n e more. was recently able to d/l this mod (which is still on the net, just do a quick google search) tho unfortunately i'm kind f'd cus i can't even remember how to start.
if n e body could help out that would b really appreci8ed. thx in advance.

....and I guess you get another quest instantly once you teleport to Silgrad Tower.
