I've just loaded this mod onto a new unmodded Oblivion installation but with the mod active Oblivion will not start. With it removed Oblivion starts normally. I hadn't even started a new character when I made it active so something is amiss.
@captainwolfos & Sudian Talk to him and he will give you any item you choose. I will add much more later, but this was just to get it started on the nexus.
ummm... if this is a cheated character in the same cell as you at the beginning of the game when you have nothing, how exactly do you get the stuff off of them?

I would imagine by killing him, considering there are no guards around to put a bounty on your head, but that's just my two cents.
Some screenshots and a better description would be helpful.
