I actually remember seeing this mod back in 2011, when I first made this embarrassing account, but I could never download it, or many other mods, because of a mistake I made when installing Oblivion. Well, six years later and I just finished it. Definitely worth the years waiting. I thoroughly enjoyed this mod and its puzzles. The last puzzle WAS a wee bit ridiculous, but it wasn't difficult, not when I'm stupidly OP thanks to endgame content and a few other mods I have installed. Still, it was challenging to figure out how to defeat SiteBot, and I had fun.
I felt the Banhammers were a bit underpowered for what they are, but that's just me. The only real issue was trying to pick up every enchanted piece of loot the Trolls and Sock Puppets dropped without getting over-encumbered, lol. It took six years to finally remember this mod and finally give it a try, but it was definitely worth it and I had fun. Endorsed absolutely!
Not sure I liked the very last puzzle. Between being shocked thousands of times and respawning waves of enemies I had to turn on god mode just to figure out how to solve the puzzle. LR, LL, UL, UR. It was even worse that all the friendly NPC's died and left me to fend for myself. I'd say that was the mod's only real flaw was that puzzle because it could easily leave me annoyed. Other than that it was certainly a legnthly Tron-like quest with plenty of humor to go along and fun to be had. I thought much of the level design was pretty spot-on and was impressed right from the start.
The last puzzle was definitely the hardest. Your friendlies are quite weak (they were actually originally supposed to be killed instantly upon entering the room...), and new enemies spawn all the time. I guess I should have put a puzzle in before that to give you a hint of what to come next, so you would be more prepared. But, glad you liked the rest!

That's thinking like a designer
Reclaiming The Nexus is afterall a mod of pure design and something similar to classic games DOOM or Marathon. It reminds me of something a design student in college would come up with and that's a good thing. The majority of Oblivion mods released are either some girl running around in skimpy armor, anime weapons, anime girls running around in skimpy armor, anime girls running around nude, or mods that improve the texture of a wooden crate. Well... maybe not everyone is like this. You also got people like Simyaz having created legnthly JRPG-like mods but I'm saying the good, sensible mods that justify Oblivion's modding potential are very rare indeed. So kudos.
EDIT:
You're seriously 20? I would have expected late-20's or early 30's.
It was part of a competition, and while I had thought about the possibility to release another mod that revolved around the Nexus, I put that idea on the shelf because I simply do not have time.

It was certainly a crazy week making this mod, and it is awesome to hear people enjoyed it.

And this mod was made for the competition and won't be updated anymore.
