It's on it's sign. You can even see it on my preview with my fix.

Keep also in mind there is a speech requirement and it's only available between a certain time, as is the case with the other jobs (times and skill type vary)

I can see this mod being revived by masternetra - a good idea sicne the mod seems interesting. One question though - is it meant to be played with Better Cities or is it independent of BC?

It's independent. And I've sense stopped playing oblivion, (though I occasionally look over things), I had worked on it and lost it in a reformat. Never felt like redoing what I had done.

    nice one
these days all the quest mods are too complicated, un-vanilla and they always throw new weapons and armor of questionable quality and balance in your face, good to have something like this vanilla type time spender

      14. Jail Guard is generally handled by Legion or a cities local town guard, don't see it as a odd job.
      15. Don't see incorporation of other mods as a likely thing.

if one day you will add new jobs please consider these ones

1 road patrole guard (roads of cyrodiil)
    2 hunter
    3 butcher
    4 fisher
5 (mage guild) alchemy collector, gather ingredients
6 (fighters guild) shine armor and weapons
7 (thieves guild) paper work, clear bounties form others
8 IC paper work, admenistration work (intelligence)
    9 dock worker
10 chappel helper, aid chappels in dayly afairs
11 restoration (reparing homes inside and outside)
    12 farmer
13 chopping trees down and planting new ones

    just some random idees

I might take this up. First there is already a Dock Worker (Dock Hand) usually find it in the Imperial Waterfront on the wall/rail near the pirate ship and near the stairs on the opposite wall/rail. Between 7am-9am if I recall correctly. Also keep in mind these are ODD jobs so the jobs would be temp help/assistants.

      1. Not sure, not sure if the legion would hire mercs to patrol.
      2. Maybe, a Hunter's Assistant or something along those lines.
      3. Could if there were any butcher shops.
      4. That job would be good as a temp, so I can see that happening as is.
      5. I could see something like that happening.
      6. Could see a job like that happening as well.
      7. Sure why not.
      8. Had wondered about something like that as well.
      9. Like I said already implemented "Dock Hand".
      10. Maybe not sure I can really see it happening, maybe as a cleaner? Someone has to keep the place cleaan.
      11. Not really seeing that as a Odd job.
12.A Farmhand on the surface seems interesting but farmers tend to be poor and unlikely to be able to pay for a farmhand's help or pay very little for it. Not really worth doing considering you would have to go out of your way for very little.
13.Like Fishing I could see lumberman being a reasonable odd job.

I might try to work on it. I already found out why the posters are purple. In the poster's Mesh's NIF file it references its texture incorrectly he set to C:\oblivion/data/textures/etc, when he should of referenced starting at the texture folder (textures/etc/etc) sense oblivion starts off looking in its data folder. I have provided a fix for the texture issue:

The fletcher poster is turned the wrong way (towards the door) and you need to either use tfc or activate in the console to use it.

unlike your first oddjobs, I cant just find the item and move them if they are stuck or fell under ground.

My textures are also purple, not such a terrible thing, but still I cant endorse if the mods is half finished or have flaws still.

pure gameplay it is great along with other mods like you adress in the readme under "ramblings", I too play a rogue kind of char, with EE, so this adds alot of flavor.

Tried the Dynastia file- still purple, and now half of IC is walking around in their underwear. EDIT: Putting it in on a new game keeps everyone clothed, but the textures are still gone. Edit again: Spoke to soon, doing a job sets them back to their underwear.

Other than that, very nice mod. I was a fan of the first version (though I had some problems with the activators disappearing into the ground and such.) This version is much easier to find jobs with, and Amicia is greatly pleased as well- I don't think she liked being stuck with shoveling snow.

ahhh i love more realisme to the game (and a better way to make money instead of plundering dungons wile other people in cyrodiil mysteriously make money even tough thay never did anything exept for walking around all day XD)
