It removed a chunk out of the Imperial City, near the 'waterfront' grotto entrance. It's interesting, but the Underdark keep is empty and the topside glitch is bad enough to warrant uninstallation.
What do you mean by "It removed a chunk out of the Imperial City, near the 'waterfront' grotto entrance"? Are you saying this mod removed buildings or is conflicting somehow? According to the compatibility section on the description page 'Depths of The Underdark' is completely underground except the included player house “A Hero's Estate” and that NO Oblivion objects are replaced or moved by this mod. So unless you are referring to the player house "removing chunks" somehow, it is probably another mod.
I mean that "it removed a chunk out of the Imperial City, near the 'waterfront' grotto entrance" my dude. There was a steep fall to nowhere and my landscape was missing pieces. I didn't have any other mod installed when this happened, and it went away when I uninstalled it.
Huge new realm to explore. Everything connected properly. No glitches underground or in the limited interface with the above-ground world. I had a lot of fun. I hope Ninden returns to "flesh it out" as per the future plans in the description and comments below. Great work. Thanks.
It only took me eight years to find this masterpiece of level design. After crawling through the Underdark for hours and hours, I pried myself away from it to come back to the Nexus and give you an endorsement and a monetary contribution. It seems that you have not enabled contributions though. Anyways, this mod is definitely worth it for those that enjoy exploration for its own sake.
I designed this mod before contributions for mods existed but have enabled it now. I hope to flesh out this mod one day should I get enspired enough. I wonder though if that would even make sense due to the age of this game?
Thanks again for taking the time to post about as well as endorse my mod.
I highly recommend this mod and always include it if possible. It goes to show what a single esp can do for the game. I use this with Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul, which adds it's critters nicely. Thanks for doing this mod. I would love to see a fully completed version. A winter project perhaps? Advice for others: 1, The Unique Landscapes patch for Lush Woodlands does not fix the conflict properly for me whichever way I adjust the load order. 2, The included house is very dark inside, with or without reallights.esp.
I wouldn't expect so, but sometimes mod authors do come back and update years later. It's always possible Ninden could wake up one day and be inspired enough to return and tweak this mod with some added finishing touches.
