Try 'collator'. The verb is 'to collate'. A collator is a device that puts different pages of a newspaper (or other printed material) together in the right order. I can't find a picture of an antique one that fits your printing press. I'm not sure they existed; I think the work was done by hand.
This printing press is lovely. I will download it as soon as I can.
High quality, looks like part of the original game. Needs some kind of mod storyline though, if you're any good at quests you should give it a try; maybe something along the lines of creating the first printing press in Cyrodiil or something. Maybe use Going Postal by Terry PRatchett as inspiration?
