I agree, it's nice to see this here; there's a lot of mods like this that aren't easy to grab. (Just don't forget about permission!)
By the way, you might want to get additional information on the author, such as getting his/her Nexus username so you can give them editing permission, and a few other things (I don't think he/she's Chinese, but Japanese if take the language into consideration... ); RAN46 might be able to inform you if you need an alternate source.

This hairstyle belongs to the SKS Ren's hair pack. The file is not hosted in tesnexus, but you can google it and find it easily.
