This Is a Great Resource, it can change an ugly original texture floor, into a beuitiful wooden floor. i am using it in my next mod. i will also endorse it.
@OrgrimIsHammer I should imagine you would place it just above an existing floor that you want changed, for instance you might like a wooden floor in the lower of the Bruma home... or you may want to make a property look more derelict and use broken pieces..

I retexured it 38 times. it now has carpet,tile, and much more.
