This is a modification of Potable Pastishe v1.3: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4828 that is compatible with TIE 1.38+ I changed all potions to TIE settings. Only exception are wines which were left to Potable Pastishes settings (including wine names).
