Hm... it has no red hand icon for me (take a look at the inventory screenshot in the images section). : I'm a noob at CS editing though, and I really just placed it there for convenience's sake.
It might be an Oblivion bug. Have you installed the Unofficial Oblivion Patch?
PS hm... Oblivion seems to set ownership based on the house it is in. Meh. Will rerelease it in future versions as player-owned.
It has a red hand icon on it. I grabbed it--everyone hollored 'thief' but no one did anything. But then I could not find it in my inventory. Then I grabbed it again while invisible--and it was in my inventory--but still red hand icon.
Same here dunmermaiden. Room207 has mentioned that TodaY is working on it. I'll contact her once I'm more familiar with Oblivion modding to see if I can help.
In the meantime though, this body actually works well with the stock armor/clothing replacers for Roberts muscular body version. The shrinkage is not that noticeable.

Apparently, TN mods are as sensible as rumors say.
I'm very glad to here that. Perhaps Alienslof's work could be refitted to this body?
